Dr. Jennifer Murray, Principal Consultant

Jennifer Murray is an organizational architect and designer who strategically transforms and builds entities to maximize revenue and growth. She works closely with business owners, non-profit boards, and key leaders to generate sound workplace cultures. With a doctorate in leadership, her goal is to leverage leadership for impact. In conjunction with her professional practice, she also teaches graduate-level leadership and business.

In Houston, Dr. Murray is an alumna of Leadership Houston, the University of Houston Gerald D. Hines College of Architecture, and Rice University’s Leadership Institute for Non-profit Executives. At Rice, she taught leadership and creativity before launching a non-profit recognized as CNN Top 10 Heroes.

A native Houstonian, Jennifer is a lifelong Astros fan and has developed a passion for the Dynamo—thankfully, she loves orange! With love for the city, she knows Houston is a city of promise with boundless potential for all who dare to believe.

The Early Years

Since launching in 2004 as a communication consultancy, GENEVE has broadened its client base from Northern and Coastal Virginia to service clients coast to coast. The firm relocated to Texas in 2005 and increasingly offers an expanded portfolio of services for our clients. From our foundational beginnings focused on marketing communication and strategy we now provide organizational diagnostics that mitigate sabotaging vulnerabilities or growth inhibitors that catapults companies into new seasons of growth.
